The goal is to create balance in your uterus, ease prenatal discomfort, and help your baby move into an ideal position for labor.

The session includes gentle myofascial release to soften tight ligaments and muscles, along with guided maternal positioning, stretching, and movements to encourage pelvic flexibility and space.
